Honey
100% pure honey. Responsibly harvested for the welfare of our bees. Our raw honey is strained, but never heated or filtered. Crystallization in pure honey sometimes occurs. It is a normal process due to the high sugar to water ratio. Crystallized honey can be eaten as is, without running off your biscuit, but if you prefer, it can be placed in a pan of warm water until the crystals dissolve. Our hot honey is made right here on our farm from peppers that we grow.
